Clean, air-free fuel = longer injector life and consistent power. FASS Fuel Systems separate air/vapor, filter down to 2 microns, and deliver stable pressure under load. Whether you daily-drive, tow, or chase four-digit power, we stock the Titanium Signature Series PLUS, No-Drop kits, service filters, and sump upgrades that make your diesel run better—period.
Modern FASS systems use the PF3001 (suction side) and XWS3002 (pressure side). For extended intervals, choose PF3001XL + XWS3002XL. Do not mix with older FF/FS filters.
Which FASS flow rate do I need?
Stock–700 HP: typically 110–140 GPH; 700–1100 HP: 220 GPH; 1100–1500 HP: 240 GPH. See your platform pages above for the best match.
How do I orient the current-style filters?
PF3001/PF3001XL on the suction side; XWS3002/XWS3002XL on the pressure side.
Do I need a sump or a No-Drop kit?
Not required for all trucks, but STK5500B can cure 1/4-tank starvation. No-Drop kits simplify plumbing on many applications: RAM 6.7L, Excursion 6.0L/7.3L.
When should I change filters?
Follow FASS intervals (or sooner with harsh fuel). Keep a filter pack on hand.
