The FASS NDTSPF16250G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered to provide superior fuel delivery for 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Power Stroke trucks producing approximately 900 to 1200 horsepower. Combining the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with the FASS Fuel Sump Kit, this complete package simplifies installation while delivering the clean, air-free fuel required by high-performance common rail diesel engines. The kit is rated at 250 GPH and maintains 8-10 PSI fuel pressure for demanding performance applications.
The No-Drop Series Plus eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank during installation by utilizing the included FASS Fuel Sump Kit. FASS Titanium Signature Series Plus technology removes over 99% of water, filters contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, eliminates entrained air and vapor, increases fuel lubricity, and provides substantially more fuel flow than the factory system. The upgraded ORB fittings, black anodized aluminum fittings, and black fuel line deliver a clean, professional installation while maximizing fuel system reliability.
