The FASS NDTSPF16165G No-Drop Series PLUS Fuel System is engineered to provide clean, consistent fuel delivery for 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Power Stroke diesel trucks producing 600-1000 horsepower. Featuring the proven Titanium Signature Series PLUS 165 GPH fuel system combined with the FASS No-Drop Fuel Sump Kit, this package simplifies installation while delivering superior filtration, water separation, and air/vapor removal to help maximize injector life and overall fuel system reliability.
Designed as a complete replacement fuel system, the No-Drop Series PLUS eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank during installation by utilizing the included fuel sump. The Titanium Signature Series PLUS incorporates ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and black fuel lines for a clean, professional installation while supplying ample fuel volume for high-performance street, towing, and competition applications.
