SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At CPP Diesel, we work hard to ensure every customer receives the correct parts and the best possible service. Because many diesel performance and replacement parts are vehicle-specific, we encourage customers to verify fitment before ordering. Shipping Information

Most orders ship as quickly as possible once payment has been processed. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, carrier performance, and seasonal demand.

While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, some products may require additional processing time due to supplier inventory, manufacturer production schedules, or freight carrier delays.

If there is a significant delay affecting your order, our team will work to keep you informed and provide available options whenever possible.

Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders within the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders are excluded unless otherwise stated.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

If you have questions about shipping, returns, refunds, warranty claims, or order status, please contact us first at sales@cppdiesel.com. Most issues can be resolved quickly without the need for a payment dispute.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be received by CPP Diesel within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition.

  • All original packaging, manuals, hardware, and accessories must be included.

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any item.

  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside shipping carton.

Please do not write on the manufacturer's packaging. Use an outer shipping box whenever possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Original shipping charges and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed. Approved refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days after inspection.

Depending on the condition of the returned product and manufacturer return requirements, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

If a restocking fee is necessary, the amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and any fees charged to CPP Diesel by the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or special-order products

  • Engines

  • Transmissions

  • Clutches

  • Turbocharger kits

  • Fuel injectors

  • Fuel pumps

  • Wheels and tires

  • Custom intake systems

  • Any item designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Returns That Cannot Be Accepted

Returns may be denied if:

  • The product has been installed, used, modified, or damaged.

  • Original packaging, parts, manuals, or accessories are missing.

  • Security seals have been removed or damaged.

  • Serial numbers do not match the original shipment.

  • The product is not in resalable condition.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact sales@cppdiesel.com as soon as possible.

Before Shipment

Orders canceled before shipment may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Store credit cancellations are not subject to cancellation fees.

Refund requests to the original payment method may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 20% when manufacturer cancellation charges or processing costs have already been incurred.

After Shipment

Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.

Special-Order Products

Special-order and custom-built products cannot be canceled once the order has been placed.


Core Return Policy

Many products sold by CPP Diesel include a refundable core charge. To receive core credit, please follow the instructions below.

Core Return Requirements

  • Core returns must be received within 30 days of delivery of the replacement product.

  • A valid RMA number must be obtained before shipping.

  • All fluids must be completely drained.

  • The core must be packaged securely and protected from leakage.

  • The returned core must be the same type and application as the replacement unit purchased.

Core Inspection

All returned cores are inspected by CPP Diesel and/or the manufacturer.

Core credit may be reduced or denied if the core:

  • Is excessively damaged

  • Has major components missing

  • Is disassembled

  • Is not rebuildable

  • Does not match the application purchased

Core Refund Timeline

Please allow up to 4 weeks after the core is received for inspection and processing.

Approved core refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all core return shipping expenses. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance.
