All order cancellations and Returns are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping of items back to Us. Shipping to you is non-refundable. If returning an item that was subject to free shipping the shipping cost will also be deducted
from your credit.

Special order items are non-cancellable/non-returnable. Estimated times of arrivals are NOT guaranteed. These items/kits are built to order.
The following items cannot be canceled or returned: u-build it downpipes, piping kits, twin turbo kits, single swap kits, injectors, engines, transmissions, tractions bars USED/INSTALLED TURBOS CANNOT BE RETURNED! THIS WILL BE A WARRANTY CLAIM FROM THE MFG.

The Free shipping promo code will not work with any other code. Free shipping on orders
$150 and over, only applies to orders that can be shipped UPS/FedEx Ground to the lower
48 of the USA.

**Any items that must be shipped using a freight service are excluded. These items include:

hoods, engines, cylinder heads, transmissions, fuel tanks, cranks, bumpers, transfer cases,
mounted wheels & tires and anything over 150 lbs. or oversize dimensions.

Small packages- anything that is 149 pounds or less
Free Ground shipping: 7-10 business days (ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE LOWER 48 STATES)
Ground shipping: 5-7 business days
3 day select: 3 BUSINESS DAYS

All returns must be approved by CPP. All Returns/Refusals are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. It is the customers’ responsibility to ship the item back to the correct address provided with the proper RMA information. If the item has to be sent to a different location the cost of re-boxing and shipping will be subtracted from the credit. Once return is received the item will be inspected.

No returns after 30 Days.


Custom Order Policy / Non-Returnable Items
MFG that cannot be returned:

(Any Conversion Parts), Fox Shocks, ALL electrical items.

Turbos must be diagnosed by the MFG. Please see the user manual and contact the MFG.
Area Diesel Turbos:

You will need to fill out the warranty authorization form and send this in with the turbo. The
address will be listed on the form. This does not mean the item is warranty. This starts the
process. Once the turbo is sent back the turbo is inspected. The customer is responsible for
the shipping. Area Diesel will contact you direct. Please contact us if you have any questions
and for the form 724-785-4133 opt.3


An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, and must be written on the
outside of the package and returned to address given by CPP. Please wait for this

 Returns must be packaged securely
 Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer
carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender.
 Returnable items must be received by CPP within 30 days of the product being received.
(determined by UPS Tracking info)
 Returned product must be in new, re-saleable condition, with all original boxes,
packaging, parts, cables, manuals, stickers, etc.
 Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be refused
or a restocking fee of 20% may be assessed.
 Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
 Customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred to return products.

 Some Circumstances in which credit will not be issued:

 Product has been installed and/or used
 Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used
 Product is shipped back without original box, manual and/or parts
 Product serial number does not match that of which was shipped to buyer                       

 Product is deemed not resalable by CPP due to customers own actions in dealing with theproduct
