The FASS NDTSPF15180F140G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is the ultimate fuel delivery and filtration upgrade for 2000-2005 Ford Excursion models equipped with the 6.0L or 7.3L Power Stroke diesel engine. Designed to support stock through 700 horsepower applications, this complete No-Drop Series Plus kit combines the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with a FASS Fuel Sump Kit, allowing for a simplified installation without removing or modifying the factory fuel tank.
Rated at 140 gallons per hour and preset to deliver approximately 65 PSI, this system removes over 99% of water, filters contaminants down to an absolute 2 microns, and eliminates entrained air and vapor before fuel reaches your injection system. The result is improved fuel lubricity, smoother engine operation, enhanced cold-weather performance, and significantly increased injector and fuel system life.
Featuring ORB fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, black fuel hose, and FASS Whisper Technology, the No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System delivers exceptional performance while maintaining a clean, professional installation.
