The FASS NDTSPD08165G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered to provide reliable fuel delivery, superior filtration, and maximum protection for 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine. Rated at 165 gallons per hour, this complete Titanium Signature Series Plus fuel system supports diesel applications producing approximately 600-900 horsepower, making it an excellent upgrade for towing, street performance, and competition builds.
The No-Drop Series Plus simplifies installation by including the FASS Fuel Sump, eliminating the need to remove the fuel tank during installation. The Titanium Signature Series Plus features black anodized 6061 aluminum ORB fittings, black fuel hose, advanced 2-micron filtration, water separation, and FASS patented air and vapor removal technology to deliver clean, consistent fuel to your injection system while helping extend injector and injection pump life.
