The FASS NDTSPD12165G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is a complete lift pump and fuel sump package engineered specifically for 2019-2020 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. Rated at 165 gallons per hour, this system is designed to support diesel performance applications ranging from approximately 600 to 1000 horsepower while delivering cleaner fuel, improved reliability, and simplified installation. The No-Drop Series Plus kit eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank by utilizing the included FASS Fuel Sump Kit, making installation faster and more convenient.
Built around the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus platform, the NDTSPD12165G features ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and durable black fuel line for a clean, professional installation. The system removes over 99% of water, filters fuel to 2-micron absolute, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and improves fuel lubricity to help extend injector and injection pump life.
