The FASS NDTSPF14290F240G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is a complete high-performance fuel delivery solution engineered for 1999-2007 Ford Power Stroke 7.3L and 6.0L diesel engines producing approximately 900-1200 horsepower. Featuring FASS's advanced Titanium Signature Series Plus technology, this system provides superior fuel filtration, water separation, air and vapor removal, and consistent fuel pressure to help maximize injector life, engine reliability, and overall performance.
The No-Drop Series Plus simplifies installation by including the FASS Fuel Sump Kit, eliminating the need to remove the fuel tank during installation. Upgraded ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and premium black fuel line provide a clean installation while delivering exceptional fuel flow and filtration for demanding street, towing, racing, and competition applications.
Designed to remove over 99% of water, filter contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, and eliminate entrained air and vapor from diesel fuel, the FASS Titanium Signature Series Plus helps improve fuel lubricity while significantly extending injector and injection pump life.
