The AFE 50-70007D Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System is engineered specifically for Ford Diesel Trucks, including the F-250, F-350, and F-450 models equipped with the robust V8-6.7L engine from 2020 to 2022. This innovative intake system enhances your vehicle's performance with a multitude of advanced features.

At the heart of the Momentum HD is its large three-layer performance air filter, measuring 9 inches in height, designed to maximize airflow while providing excellent filtration. The Pro DRY S filter features a unique design that employs three layers of synthetic media, ensuring superior dust holding capacity and filtration efficiency without the hassle of oils. Its inverted top increases filter surface area, promoting longer service intervals and durability.

The unique filter-to-housing interface simplifies installation and maintenance, allowing you to remove the air filter from the housing with just a quick detach of the intake tube. Constructed from heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), the one-piece sealed housing minimizes the number of parts, making the setup process straightforward. With a clear sight window, checking your filter's condition is both convenient and efficient.

The dyno-tuned intake tube has been meticulously designed to maximize power gains while fitting seamlessly into your vehicle. This intake system outflows the factory intake by an impressive 27%, providing a measured flow of 725 CFM at 7" H20 and delivering maximum gains of 9 horsepower and 25 lbs. x ft. of torque.

With premium components such as stainless-steel T-bolt clamps and a silicone coupling, the Momentum HD ensures a secure and durable installation. Although it is not CARB exempt, this intake system promises significant enhancements in performance and convenience for diesel truck enthusiasts.

Large Three Layer Performance Air Filter:
Momentum’s unique filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5-3/4" flange and our oil-free Pro DRY S media with three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals, while reinforced metal provides maximum strength to prevent filter collapse.

Filter-to-Housing Interface:
Momentum’s innovative filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. Once the system is installed, the air filter can be easily removed from the housing for maintenance by only uninstalling the intake tube.

Unique One-Piece Housing:
The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patented (US PAT 9440175) filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. The housing incorporates factory air scoop inlets, using no additional hardware, and features an optional auxiliary air inlet that pulls in additional air.

Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:
This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable.

Premium Components:
Stainless-steel T-bolt clamps and a silicone coupling are used for strength and durability. Momentum HD intakes are designed with fewer parts for a fast and easy installation.
