The AFE exhaust system is built for a perfect fit and easy installation, utilizing all factory mounting locations to provide stability. OE-style bayonet hangers are included, engineered to maintain secure pipe placement under the most demanding conditions, including high heat and vibration. This attention to detail guarantees that the exhaust not only performs exceptionally but also stands the test of time.

A standout feature of this system is the dual 5-inch angle-cut rolled edge matte-black clamp-on tips, which add a touch of aggressive style to your truck. Each tip is adorned with a unique, laser-cut AFE Power logo plate, ensuring a bold look that complements the overall design.

This exhaust system is suitable for Crew Cab models with either a 5'7" bed (140” wheelbases) or a 6'4" bed (149” wheelbases) and does not fit vehicles equipped with the factory single exit exhaust. All AFE exhaust systems are proudly engineered and manufactured in Corona, California, adhering to rigorous standards of quality and craftsmanship. Flow and Performance:
This Large Bore-HD exhaust system is 100% hand MIG-welded and Constructed from 3' mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. The smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. A mitered merge collector is also incorporated to eliminate dead space that can cause turbulence and hinder flow.

Perfect Fit:
This system uses all factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation. Includes OE-style bayonet hangers which are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The bayonet tip holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE-style fit that does not change with time.

5" Angle-Cut Rolled Edge Matte-Black Clamp-On Tips:
Finishing off the exhaust are dual 5" stainless steel clamp-on tips with a matte-black finish. A unique laser-cut aFe Power logo plate is riveted on for an aggressive style.
