FASS TSF16100G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM 100GPH FOR 2008–2010 FORD POWERSTROKE 6.4L
The FASS TSF16100G delivers a steady 100 GPH at approximately 10 PSI to keep your 6.4L Powerstroke supplied with clean, air-free fuel. It combines advanced air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors, while FASS Whisper Technology, Mass Flow Return (MFR), and Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) ensure quiet operation and consistent pressure.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 2008–2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L (F-250 / F-350 / F-450).
- Output: 100 GPH flow, preset ~10 PSI fuel pressure.
- Power support: Stock to ~600 HP applications.
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side.
- Includes: Bolt-on bed-bolt bracketry plus bulkhead & 5/8" suction tube for a clean, streamlined install.
