FASS TSF16250G TITANIUM SIGNATURE SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM 250GPH FOR 2008–2010 FORD POWERSTROKE 6.4L
The FASS TSF16250G delivers a massive 250 GPH at ~10 PSI to feed built 6.4L Powerstroke platforms (F-250/F-350/F-450, 2008–2010). It combines air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors, quiet operation via FASS Whisper Technology, and consistent fuel pressure using Mass Flow Return (MFR) and Performance Radius Cuts (PRC).
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 2008–2010 Ford Powerstroke 6.4L (F-250 / F-350 / F-450).
- Output: 250 GPH flow, preset ~10 PSI fuel pressure.
- Power support: Approximately 900–1200 HP applications.
- Filter strategy: Requires the current XWS/PF pair—use XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side.
- Includes: Bulkhead & 5/8" Suction Tube kit and bolt-on bed-bolt bracketry for streamlined install.
