The FASS TSF14290F240G is a high-flow 240 GPH Titanium Signature Series system engineered for the 1999–2007 Ford Powerstroke 7.3L & 6.0L. It delivers a preset 45–50 PSI to support serious power while polishing fuel with 2-micron absolute filtration, FASS Whisper Technology (quiet operation), Mass Flow Return (MFR) and Performance Radius Cuts (PRC) for smooth, air-free delivery.

- Vehicles: 1999–2007 Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 Super Duty, Powerstroke 7.3L & 6.0L.
- Output/Pressure: 240 GPH @ preset ~45–50 PSI.
- Horsepower support: Typically suitable for ~900–1200 HP builds (application dependent).
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side. Extended-length options: XWS3002XL + PF3001XL.
- Includes: Bulkhead & 5/8" Suction Tube kit and bolt-on bed-bolt brackets for streamlined install.
