The FASS XWS3002XL Extended Length Extreme Water Separator is the latest-generation replacement water separator designed for FASS Titanium Series, Titanium Signature Series, Competition Series, Industrial Series, and Drop-In fuel systems. Featuring advanced 2-micron absolute filtration media, the XWS3002XL removes water and contaminants before they reach your high-pressure fuel system, helping protect injectors, injection pumps, and other critical diesel fuel components.
The extended-length filter body provides increased filtration media for longer service intervals compared to standard-length filters. Unlike previous FASS water separators, the XWS3002XL utilizes an advanced filter element that traps water internally, eliminating the need for a drain valve. For proper operation, the XWS3002XL must be installed with the matching FASS PF3001XL Extended Length Particulate Filter.

Note: The XWS3002XL must be used together with the FASS PF3001XL Extended Length Particulate Filter. It is not compatible with older FF-3003, FF-3010, FS-1001, or FS-1020 filter combinations.
