FASS PF3001XL EXTENDED LENGTH PARTICULATE FILTER
The FASS PF3001XL is the extended-length particulate filter used on the suction side of modern FASS systems to reduce cavitation, improve flow, and quiet pump operation. Rated at 144 microns, PF3001XL captures larger particulates upstream and MUST be paired with the XWS3002XL Extreme Water Separator for proper two-filter protection.
Fitment & System Notes
- System compatibility: FASS Titanium & Titanium Signature Series fuel systems.
- Filter placement (updated systems): PF3001XL on the suction side; XWS3002XL on the pressure side.
- Do not mix with discontinued filters (FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020).
- Service tip: Inspect regularly and replace based on fuel quality and restriction readings; many users service around normal maintenance intervals.
