FASS PFD1001 POWERSTROKE FILTER DELETE KIT
The FASS PFD1001 lets you remove the factory fuel filter on 6.7L Powerstroke trucks after installing a FASS Titanium or Titanium Signature Series system. Deleting the restrictive OE filter streamlines the fuel path and defers all filtration to your FASS system’s high-efficiency 2-micron filter set.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: Ford F-250/F-350/F-450 6.7L Powerstroke (2011–2023). Cab-and-chassis/F-450 may require minor modifications.
- Use case: Replace the factory filter body once a FASS Titanium or Titanium Signature Series system is installed.
- Filters to run on your FASS: XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator (pressure side) + PF3001 Particulate Filter (suction side).
