The FASS NDTSPD08290G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for 1998.5-2004 Dodge Ram trucks equipped with the 5.9L Cummins diesel engine producing 1,200-1,500 horsepower. Combining the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with the FASS SK5501 Fuel Sump Kit, this complete package delivers exceptional fuel flow, superior filtration, and simplified installation without the need to remove the fuel tank.
Designed for serious performance applications, the Titanium Signature Series Plus utilizes ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and black fuel line for a clean, professional installation. The system removes over 99% of water, filters contaminants down to 2 microns, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and improves fuel lubricity by at least 10%, helping extend injector and injection pump life while providing substantially more fuel flow than the factory system.
The included No-Drop Fuel Sump eliminates the need to drop the fuel tank during installation, making this one of the easiest and most complete high-performance lift pump upgrades available for high-horsepower 24-valve Cummins builds.
