The FASS NDTSD08165G No Drop Series bundles a Titanium Signature Series 165 GPH fuel system with a sump so you can plumb the pickup without removing the tank. Do I have to drop the tank?
No. The included sump lets you plumb the pickup externally, so the tank stays in place for a cleaner, faster install.

Is 165 GPH too much for a mild build?
No — the system is pressure-regulated (16–18 PSI) and works great from tuned stock up through 600–900 HP builds.

Which filters does this kit use?
Use the PF3001 particulate filter and XWS3002 water separator (or FP3000/FP3000XL packs) for service.

Do I need a heater?
Not required, but strongly recommended in severe cold. The pump has heater ports; use the FASS HK1001 kit.
