FASS IND100G INDUSTRIAL SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM CLASS 8 SEMI UNIVERSAL 100GPH
The FASS IND100G is a universal Class 8 diesel fuel system rated at 100 GPH and preset to approximately 16–18 PSI. It combines air/vapor separation, a built-in water separator, and 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors and pumps while delivering quiet, reliable performance for heavy-duty applications.

- Application: Universal Class 8 / commercial diesel platforms (Industrial Series).
- Flow / Pressure: 100 GPH, preset ~16–18 PSI.
- Design benefits: FASS air separation port ties into OEM engine return (no separate return kit required); quiet motor; CFP (Continuous Fuel Polishing) and PRC (Performance Radius Cuts) for efficient, smooth flow.
- Filter strategy: Uses the current XWS/PF filter pair for Industrial/Titanium systems.
