FASS IND290G INDUSTRIAL SERIES DIESEL FUEL SYSTEM CLASS 8 SEMI UNIVERSAL 290GPH

The FASS IND290G is a Class 8, universal 290 GPH Industrial Series fuel system engineered for extreme reliability and long service life. It delivers approximately 16–18 PSI of stable fuel pressure, removes entrained air/vapor and water, and filters to 2 microns absolute to protect injectors and reduce downtime on long-haul rigs.

Fitment & System Notes

• Application: Class 1–8 / Semi / Universal (all 1/2" fuel ports).
• Flow / Pressure: 290 GPH @ ~16–18 PSI (preset).
• Return routing: Built-in air separation port ties into the OEM engine return—no separate return line to tank required.
• Filters: Uses the current hydroglass pair. On updated setups, run XWS3002XL Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001XL Particulate Filter on the suction side.
• Ports: 1/2" fuel ports; optional electric heater ports and a fuel pressure gauge port.
