FAQ
Will the 178855 bolt to my factory manifold?
No. The 178855 uses a T4 twin-scroll inlet. Most factory light-duty setups are T3 or single-scroll. A matching T4 twin-scroll manifold, downpipe, and proper piping are required.
Is this good as a single for daily driving?
With adequate fueling and proper tuning, many builders daily an S467. Spool is later than an S300 but street-able; shines from mid-range to top-end.
Key wheel sizes?
Compressor: 67.7mm inducer (3.60" OD). Turbine: 83.5mm OD, 74.3mm exducer. A/R: 1.10 T4 twin-scroll.
Do I need an oil restrictor?
Journal-bearing S400s typically do not run a restrictor. Ensure clean, properly sized feed and a free-draining -10AN to -12AN return. Monitor oil pressure and follow best practices.
