The WEHRLI WCF100528 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins 3.5" High Flow Intake Horn & Intercooler Pipe Kit is the ultimate solution for upgrading your vehicle's performance. This kit includes a heavy-duty 3.5" Aluminum intercooler pipe and a full mandrel bent 3.5” elbow to replace the OEM parts that are prone to failure, providing improved airflow and durability. The CNC machined aluminum mounting flange ensures a perfect fit with the WCFAB Intake Spacer Kit, optimizing airflow into the cylinder head.
Designed for 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins engines, this kit offers superior quality and performance. The horn can be used with the OEM grid heater or other high-flow intake plates, though using it with the Billet Intake Spacer kit provides the best match. It features two 1/8” pipe thread ports for boost reference or other injectables, and an 8mm threaded port to support the OEM wire harness. Additionally, the kit includes high-quality silicone boots and stainless-steel t-bolt clamps for secure connections.
Powder coated with precision, the Intake Horn and Intercooler Pipe are available in a variety of colors to match your preferences. The powder coating process ensures a durable finish that not only looks great but also provides protection against corrosion. For added corrosion resistance, a Zinc-Rich Base Coat primer can be applied before the final color coat.
