FAQ
How much power will this clutch hold?
The Quiet Street dual-disc ceramic kit is positioned for high-power street and tow builds and is listed up to 750 HP on our Valair brand page. For most daily and towing use, plan for 650-750 HP depending on setup and use.
What makes it Quiet Street?
The Quiet version uses a billet floater and design changes that reduce floater plate rattle when the pedal is pressed. It will not remove normal G56 gear rollover noise.
Does it include a flywheel and hydraulics?
Yes. This kit includes a nodular iron dual-disc flywheel, 3800 pound pressure plate, discs, bearings, a modified fork, hardware, alignment tool, and a pre-bled hydraulic kit for a complete install.
Is it OK for towing and daily driving?
Yes. The ceramic buttons provide high heat capacity and bite with manageable engagement, designed specifically for heavy towing and street use.
How do I confirm I have a G56 and not an NV5600 on a 2005 truck?
Check the transmission tag or case. Mid-2005 trucks transitioned to G56. If you have an NV5600, choose the correct NV5600-specific kit.
