SOUTH BEND SDD3250-6 STREET/TOW DUAL DISC CLUTCH – 00.5–05.5 DODGE RAM 5.9L CUMMINS (NV5600 HO, 1-3/8" INPUT)
Tow hard. Drive smooth. The South Bend SDD3250-6 is a half-organic/half-ceramic Street/Tow dual disc engineered for the NV5600 HO 6-speed with the 1-3/8" (1.375") input shaft. It delivers light pedal effort, quiet operation, and serious holding capacity for tuned 5.9L Cummins workhorses that still daily drive and tow.

- Use case: Street/Tow, heavy towing, daily driving
- Pedal feel: Light, diaphragm-style pressure plate
- Discs: Dual, mixed friction (organic facing flywheel/pressure plate; ceramic on opposing sides) for smooth takeoff + bite under load
- Flywheel: Ductile iron, included
- Not SFI certified (street/tow use)

FAQ
Will this clutch fit my 1999–2000 NV5600 truck? No. Early Non-HO NV5600 uses the smaller 1.25" input and different spec. Choose the SDD3250-5.
What’s the real-world tow capability?
It’s commonly used for 20–30k+ GCW towing when the truck and tune are set up properly. Always manage RPM/EGTs and use the proper gear under load.
How’s the pedal feel and drivability?
Lighter pedal than many performance clutches with smooth take-off (organic sides toward flywheel/pressure plate) and strong bite when clamped.
Is this SFI certified or competition rated?
No—this is a Street/Tow system aimed at daily/towing use. For competition, consider an SFI-rated package.
