SOUTH BEND SDD3250-5K STREET/TOW DUAL DISC CLUTCH – 94–04 DODGE RAM 5.9L CUMMINS (NV4500 & NON-HO NV5600)
Built for real towing and daily drivability. The South Bend SDD3250-5K is a multi-friction Street/Tow dual disc system rated for ~650 HP and ~1,300 ft-lbs with proven 30K+ GCW towing capability when the truck is in good mechanical condition. This “5K” kit includes the 1-3/8″ upgraded input shaft to replace the stock 1-1/4″ shaft (NV4500), addressing a common twist/break failure point while keeping a light, diaphragm-style pedal and smooth engagement.

Does it fit the NV5600 HO (2000.5–2005.5)?
No. For HO NV5600 trucks use SDD3250-6. The “5K” kit here targets NV4500 and early Non-HO NV5600 fitments.
What pedal feel should I expect?
