Do I need custom tuning and additional fuel/air upgrades for 450% injectors?

Yes. 450% over injectors support very high fuel delivery and must be paired with sufficient turbo airflow, a stout CP3 and lift-pump supply, and calibrated tuning. Running these on a near-stock setup can cause excessive smoke, EGT, and engine damage.

Are these brand-new or reman?

This listing is for brand-new injectors (not reman). The set is flow-matched to tight tolerances and validated on OE-style test equipment.

Is there a core charge?

New S&S 6.7C sets typically do not require returning used injectors as cores; however, some dealers list a refundable core on certain packages. Check this product page for CPP’s current policy before ordering.

Will stock high-pressure lines and rail work?

Yes, but we recommend installing fresh injector supply lines any time an injector is replaced and verifying that your rail, sensors, and filtration are in spec to protect the new set.

Is this legal for street use?
