This head is ideal for tuned, boosted or high RPM 6.0L builds. The 20 mm dowel fitment ensures correct alignment and installation in trucks built for size-20 dowels, and the O-ring sealing surface keeps compression where it belongs — in the cylinder, not in your cooling system.
