MBRP S62240SLM – T409 Stainless 5" Turbo-Back, No Muffler, Single Side Exit
Unlock flow, lower EGTs, and a deep, aggressive tone with the MBRP S62240SLM. This T409 stainless system replaces the factory exhaust from the turbo back, deletes the muffler for maximum flow, and retains the stock (or approved) catalytic converter. Bolt-on install uses OEM hangers with all required clamps in the box.

Will T409 stainless rust?
T409 can form surface oxidation over time—especially in winter road salt—but it maintains structural integrity. For a brighter finish with higher corrosion resistance, consider the Pro Series T304 alternative S62240P.
Is cutting or welding required?
No welding is required. This is a bolt-on system that uses OEM hangers. Minor cutting may be needed only when trimming for specific wheelbase configurations common to EC/CC trucks.
Is the catalytic converter removed?
No. This system retains the factory or approved catalytic converter. Always follow local emissions regulations.
