Go louder, flow freer. The MBRP S61180PLM is a 5" aluminized-steel cat-back with a race (no muffler) profile and single side exit for 2004.5–2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins (Cummins 600/610). Designed to reduce backpressure and cut EGTs, it reuses OEM hangers for a clean, bolt-on install.

FAQ
Will this fit my 2004 model?
It fits 2004.5–2007 “600/610” trucks (mid-year 2004+). Early-2004 (’03–early ’04) trucks use different systems.
Is any welding required?
No. It’s a direct bolt-on that reuses the factory hangers. Basic hand tools are sufficient.
How loud is the PLM (no-muffler) system?
Aggressive. Expect deeper idle, pronounced turbo whistle, and more cabin presence versus muffled kits.
What material is this made from?
