MAHLE HS54450 is an OE-quality cylinder head set for 2003–2006 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke engines that use 18 mm alignment dowels. This comprehensive upper-engine gasket kit includes the MLS head gaskets and the related intake/exhaust and top-end seals needed to complete the job. Head bolts and crankcase-to-head tubes are not included.

Application Note: 18 mm alignment dowels were used on trucks manufactured up to January 11, 2006. 20 mm dowels were used on January 12, 2006 and newer. Always verify dowel size, especially with remanufactured heads.
