MAHLE 4068C cylinder head gasket gives your 1989–1998 5.9L 12-valve Cummins a reliable OE-fit seal with composite (VR2000) construction and standard .061" thickness for durable clamping under towing, work-truck, and daily-driver loads.
Fitment
- 1989–1998 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 with 5.9L Cummins 12-valve (6BT).
- Standard thickness gasket for stock head/block height. If the head or block has been machined, choose an oversize thickness (see Related MAHLE items below).
- Does not fit 1998.5–2002 24-valve ISB; use a 24V-specific gasket.
