Does it include machine work?Yes. The block is torque-plate honed to blueprint spec, and the rotating assembly is balanced. Final clearance checks and assembly are performed by the installer.
Are gaskets included?A lower gasket set is included. We link additional lower sets and other 12V gaskets above for convenience when doing a complete refresh.
Do I need to address the Killer Dowel Pin (KDP)?Yes—on 12V engines the KDP can back out and damage timing gears. Install the included KDP fix during timing cover service (see our KDP tab in Recommended Parts).
