The Industrial Injection Viper 63 PhatShaft is a proven drop-in performance turbo for the 2003–2004 5.9L Cummins. It features a 63mm forged-milled compressor wheel, 68mm turbine, and a 14cm2 turbine housing to deliver fast spool, lower EGTs, and towing-friendly power—ideal with mild fueling upgrades. An HX40-style downpipe is required for installation. (2003–2004 3rd-Gen Cummins)
