Product Description
Keep water out of your injectors. The FASS XWS3002XL Extended Length Extreme Water Separator delivers 2-micron absolute water removal for FASS Titanium & Titanium Signature Series fuel systems. The XL canister increases media surface area for longer service intervals, while the updated hydroglass element traps water internally—no drain petcock required.
- 2-micron absolute water separation with high efficiency media
- Extended length canister = longer service interval
- No-drain design (water is trapped in the element)
- Designed to be used with PF3001XL Particulate Filter

FAQ
Does the XWS3002XL replace older FASS water separators with drains?Yes. The updated hydroglass element traps water internally, eliminating the need for a drain. It must be paired with the PF3001XL particulate filter and is not compatible with older FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020 filters.
Which side of the system should the XWS3002XL be installed on?
On updated systems, place the XWS3002XL on the pressure side and the PF3001XL on the suction side for optimal performance.
Is the XL version worth it over the standard XWS3002?
The XL canister provides more media surface area for extended service intervals. If you want longer intervals between changes, the XL is the better choice.
What maintenance interval should I expect?
Intervals vary by fuel quality and usage. Many users service filters at regular oil change intervals or when the filter minder indicates restriction.
Will this fit non-FASS fuel systems?
It’s designed for FASS Titanium/Titanium Signature Series heads. Use only on compatible FASS systems.
