FASS XWS1002 EXTREME WATER SEPARATOR

The FASS XWS1002 Extreme Water Separator is a 2-micron absolute hydroglass element designed to capture water inside the media—no drain needed. It is the current replacement for older HD-Series water separators and is engineered to protect high-pressure diesel injection systems with consistent, restriction-free flow.

Fitment & System Notes

• System compatibility: FASS HD Series pump/filter setups (replacement for discontinued FF-1003 style filters).
• Required pairing: Use only with PF3001XL Extended Length Particulate Filter.
• Filter placement (updated layout): XWS1002 installs on the pressure side; PF3001XL installs on the suction side.
• Do not mix with discontinued filters (FF-1003 or FS-1001).
