The FASS TSD10180F140G is engineered for the legendary 12-valve Cummins (1994–1998) with the P7100 pump. It supplies 140 GPH at a steady ~45 PSI, removes air/vapor from fuel, and adds 2-micron absolute filtration when paired with FASS’s current XWS/PF filters—protecting your injectors and extending component life while running whisper-quiet.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 1994–1998 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins 12-Valve (P7100).
- Output: 140 GPH flow, preset ~45–47 PSI fuel pressure.
- Power support: Stock to ~700 HP applications.
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side. For extended service intervals, use XWS3002XL + PF3001XL.
