The FASS TSD08290G delivers a massive 290 GPH at ~16–18 PSI to keep your 1998.5–2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins (24-valve/VP44) supplied under heavy load. It combines proven air/vapor separation with 2-micron absolute filtration to protect injectors and the VP44, stabilize pressure, and improve throttle response.
Fitment & System Notes
- Vehicle: 1998.5–2004 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins (24-valve/VP44).
- Flow / Pressure: 290 GPH @ ~16–18 PSI (preset per D08 application).
- Power support: Typically suitable for ~1200–1500 HP builds.
- Filter strategy (current): Run XWS3002 Extreme Water Separator on the pressure side and PF3001 Particulate Filter on the suction side. Extended-length setups use XWS3002XL + PF3001XL.
- Cab & chassis note: May require minor install modifications (per FASS).
