FASS STK5500 DIESEL FUEL SUMP KIT WITH BULKHEAD SUCTION TUBE KIT

The FASS STK5500 combines a no-drop fuel sump with a bulkhead suction tube kit so you can pull fuel directly from the sump bowl inside the tank—no external fuel lines. The design lowers the suction point, gathers fuel to a central location, and helps eliminate common “quarter-tank” starvation issues on hard-working Ford, GM, and Dodge/Ram diesel trucks.

Fitment & System Notes

• Applications: Universal use on light-duty diesel tanks (Ford Power Stroke, GM Duramax, Dodge/Ram Cummins), with or without a FASS lift pump.
• Works great with: FASS Titanium Signature Series and Titanium Signature Series PLUS fuel systems for higher-flow builds.
• What it does: Lowers suction location and draws from inside the sump bowl via the bulkhead & convoluted suction tube—no tank drop required.
• Porting: Sump exterior fuel-line port for simple hose routing with FASS systems; bulkhead kit allows suction from inside the tank.
