FASS STK1005 DIESEL FUEL BULKHEAD AND VITON SUCTION TUBE KIT
The FASS STK1005 Bulkhead and Viton Suction Tube Kit mounts directly to the factory fuel tank module and pulls fuel from the basket to eliminate 1/4-tank issues while supporting higher-flow Titanium Signature Series systems. The Viton tube resists collapse and cracking, and the bulkhead design simplifies plumbing for clean, reliable supply and return routing.
Fitment & System Notes
- Universal applications: Ford Powerstroke, GM Duramax, and Dodge/Ram Cummins tanks (module/basket pickup).
- Function: Pulls fuel from the fuel basket to prevent fuel starvation at low tank levels; can be used as a pair for high-flow suction and high-flow FASS return.
- Line size compatibility: Works with 1/2" or 5/8" suction line (verify your system plumbing).
- Recommended with: FASS Titanium Signature Series systems and high-volume builds.
