The FASS NDTSPF14180F140G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered to provide superior fuel delivery, filtration, and reliability for 1999-2007 Ford Power Stroke 7.3L and 6.0L diesel engines producing up to 700 horsepower. Combining the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with a No-Drop Fuel Sump Kit, this complete package simplifies installation while delivering the clean, consistent fuel supply your Power Stroke demands.
Unlike traditional fuel system upgrades that require removing the fuel tank, the No-Drop Series Plus Kit utilizes the included Fuel Sump Kit to make installation faster and easier. Equipped with ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and durable black fuel line, this system provides an exceptionally clean installation while significantly improving fuel flow, filtration, and injection system protection.
Designed for daily drivers, towing applications, and performance trucks up to 700 horsepower, the Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System removes over 99% of water, filters contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and increases fuel lubricity to help extend injector and injection pump life.
