The FASS NDTSPD12290G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for 2019-2020 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine producing between 1,200 and 1,500 horsepower. Combining the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with the FASS Fuel Sump Kit, this complete package delivers exceptional fuel flow, superior filtration, and simplified installation without requiring removal of the factory fuel tank.
Designed for high-horsepower diesel applications, the No-Drop Series Plus system removes over 99% of water, filters contaminants down to an absolute 2 microns, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and provides significantly greater fuel volume than the factory fuel system. These improvements help increase fuel lubricity, extend injector life, and provide the clean, consistent fuel supply required by today's high-performance common rail Cummins engines.
The Titanium Signature Series Plus also features upgraded ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and premium black fuel line for a cleaner installation and improved serviceability compared to previous generations.
