The FASS NDTSPC15290F240G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is the ultimate high-performance fuel delivery upgrade for 2020-2023 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. Designed to support engines producing 900-1200 horsepower, this complete kit combines the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with the FASS Fuel Sump Kit, providing maximum fuel flow while dramatically simplifying installation.
Unlike traditional lift pump installations that require removing the fuel tank, the No-Drop Series Plus Kit utilizes the included Fuel Sump Kit to eliminate unnecessary labor while delivering exceptional fuel supply to your high-performance Duramax. Featuring ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and premium black fuel line, this system provides both outstanding performance and a clean, professional installation.
The Titanium Signature Series Plus continuously removes entrained air and vapor, filters contaminants down to an absolute 2 microns, removes over 99% of water, and increases fuel lubricity by at least 10 percent. These improvements help extend injector and fuel system life while providing consistent fuel pressure for demanding towing, racing, and high-horsepower applications.
