The FASS NDTSPC15250F220G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered specifically for 2020-2023 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. Designed to support builds ranging from 500 to 900 horsepower, this complete fuel delivery solution combines the proven performance of the Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with the convenience of a FASS Fuel Sump Kit for a faster, simpler installation.
The No-Drop Series Plus Kit eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank during installation by utilizing the included Fuel Sump Kit, saving valuable installation time while improving fuel supply under demanding operating conditions. Built with upgraded ORB fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum components, and premium black fuel line, the Titanium Signature Series Plus delivers exceptional durability, improved fuel filtration, increased fuel lubricity, and superior fuel flow compared to the factory fuel system.
By removing over 99% of water, eliminating entrained air and vapor, and filtering contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, the FASS No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System helps protect expensive injection system components while improving reliability, efficiency, and overall fuel system performance.
