The FASS NDTSPC12165G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for 2015-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax diesel engine. Rated at 165 gallons per hour and designed to support applications from 600 to 1000 horsepower, this complete fuel system upgrade delivers superior fuel filtration, increased fuel lubricity, improved fuel flow, and enhanced injection system protection. The kit combines FASS's Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with a Fuel Sump Kit for simplified installation and maximum performance.
The No-Drop Series Plus eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank during installation by utilizing the included Fuel Sump Kit. The Titanium Signature Series Plus system features ORB fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and premium black fuel line for a clean, professional installation while delivering significantly more fuel volume than the factory system.
By removing over 99 percent of water, eliminating entrained air and vapor, and filtering contaminants down to 2 microns absolute, the NDTSPC12165G helps extend injector life, improve fuel quality, and support high-performance diesel applications.
