The FASS NDTSPC10290G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for serious 6.6L Duramax performance applications producing 1200-1500 horsepower. Designed for 2001-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks, this complete fuel system package combines the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with the FASS No-Drop Fuel Sump Kit, providing superior fuel delivery, filtration, and air separation while simplifying installation. The No-Drop design eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank during installation, saving valuable time and labor.
Built for high-horsepower Duramax applications, the Titanium Signature Series Plus features ORB fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and black fuel lines for a clean installation. The system removes over 99% of water, filters fuel down to 2 microns absolute, eliminates entrained air and vapor, and delivers significantly more fuel flow than the factory system. These improvements help increase fuel lubricity, extend injector life, and provide consistent fuel pressure under demanding operating conditions.
