The FASS NDTSPC10250G No-Drop Series Plus Fuel System is engineered for 2001-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L Duramax diesel engine. Designed to support applications ranging from approximately 900 to 1,200 horsepower, this complete fuel system combines the proven Titanium Signature Series Plus Fuel System with a No-Drop Fuel Sump Kit, making installation easier while delivering exceptional fuel filtration, fuel delivery, and injection system protection.
The No-Drop Series Plus system eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank during installation by utilizing the included fuel sump. FASS technology removes air, vapor, water, and contaminants from diesel fuel while maintaining consistent fuel pressure and volume for high-performance Duramax applications. This helps improve injector life, fuel system reliability, throttle response, and overall engine performance.
