The FASS FLP3000XL Fleet Filter Pack XL is the ideal maintenance kit for keeping one or multiple FASS Fuel Systems operating at peak performance. Designed for shops, fleet operators, and diesel enthusiasts who perform routine service, this convenient filter pack includes three PF3001XL Particulate Filters and three XWS3002XL Extreme Water Separator Filters for complete fuel system maintenance.
The XWS3002XL Extreme Water Separator features advanced 2-micron absolute filtration and removes more than 99% of water contamination, eliminating the need for a drain valve while protecting injectors and fuel system components. The PF3001XL 144-micron particulate filter is installed on the suction side of the pump to improve fuel flow, reduce cavitation, decrease pump noise, and remove larger fuel contaminants before they enter the fuel system. Together, these filters help maximize the performance and longevity of your FASS Titanium, Titanium Signature, Competition, or Industrial Series fuel system.

Note: The XWS3002XL water separator must be used together with the PF3001XL particulate filter. These filters are not compatible with FF-3003, FF-3010, FS-1001, or FS-1020 filters. When replacing older filter styles, install the XWS3002XL on the pressure side of the pump and the PF3001XL on the suction side as indicated by the filter markings.
