2006-2007 LBZ Duramax Reman Exergy Sportsman Fuel Injectors (Set of 8) - E01 10302
Have your original or aftermarket injectors left you stranded? Are you cautious to use your truck for what its intended for? Want to feel confident in making that long trip across country or hauling that heavy load for work? Well, look no further than our Sportsman line of fuel injectors!
At 10% over stock, these are an affordable upgrade for stock trucks and people looking for a slight increase in performance without worrying about smoke or heat issues. No other vehicle modifications are required.
The nozzles are enlarged using abrasive flow honing technology and are hydraulically flow matched to less than 1%. Each nozzle undergoes four separate quality control checks throughout the process before being installed back onto the injector. All components are built and tested on specialized equipment designed and built in-house at Exergy. Every Sportsman injector set is tested at multiple calibration points, and held to tolerances that are tighter than factory. There are no shortcuts.
All our Reman injectors are remanufactured by Bosch where all moving parts and wear surfaces are replaced. Very few parts are reused. In our years of experience these reman injectors have not exhibited an increased reliability risk.

Core Return: Exergy requires that all cores be returned within 30 days from original purchase of product. If you fail to return the core(s) within 30 days, you will be charged in full for the core(s) ($150 per injector). Cores that have missing and/or damaged component(s) will not receive credit. To avoid this, please package your cores well in an organized fashion with the Injector Process Form inserted (see examples and find Injector Process Form on the shipping and returns page).
