No. The 98621 is a communication cable only. It lets your Insight CTS3/CTS2 monitor control the power levels on an existing Edge Revolver 6-position chip. All tuning is still handled by the Revolver chip and Insight device.
Will this cable work without an Edge Revolver chip installed?
No. You must already have an Edge Revolver in-line chip installed on your 7.3L Power Stroke for the 98621 cable to function. Without the Revolver chip, the cable has nothing to communicate with.
Is the EDGE PRODUCTS 98621 compatible with the Insight CTS3 and CTS2?
