The Carrillo Cummins Pro-H Deckplate Connecting Rod Set With CARR Bolts are a must have for the engine builder who is assembling a 5.9L or 6.7L Cummins with a 1" longer deck plate. Carrillo has made one-off and custom connecting rods for virtually all aspects of the automotive aftermarket, especially the high-performance diesel and gas manufacturing. Carrillo uses a proprietary blend of vanadium, chrome, nickel, and moly alloys that meets all VAR (vacuum arc re-melt) ASTM manufacturing standards.

This Carrillo Cummins Pro-H Deckplate Connecting Rod Set With CARR Bolts are created from an oversized forging that results in the correct grainflow of the alloy structure as well as the elimination of any potential inclusions or surface risers made during the forging process. Each connecting rod is magnafluxed a minimum of two times and Rockwell verified to validate the heat treat procedure. These rods are then sent through a substantial CNC probing process to confirm their dimensional integrity and are completed with a shotpeen finish.
